Technical Sales Manager (Life Science Products)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Leads innovation, defines & maintains the company's life science products portfolio roadmaps
- Develop new markets by exploring business opportunities and new business models for company's life science products
- Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for assigned territories; and projecting expected sales volume
- Achieve sales target by keeping up with current supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Analyse and report to Manager (Monthly & Quarterly and Yearly) the market and business feedback
- Work with the team to implement marketing strategies 
- Build good rapport with existing and potential customer
- Field based, and travel within Thailand to carry out sales activities
- Provide ongoing technical trainning and support to customer dirictly
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing group goals
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks

Minimum Qualifications:

- BSc or MSc in Life Sciences, BA or MBA in Marketing or related fields

- Minimum 3-5 year working experience in sales
- Excellent understanding of the life science industry
- Excellent knowledge of molecular science and genomics
- A good network with life science and clinical customers

- Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and handling conflicts
- Good team development and team leadership skills
- High integrity and ethical standards
